Check in: from 14.00 to 19.00 O’Clock, arrivals out of the Check In time must be communicate in advance with an e-mail or by phone to Debora (0039 3401593841).

Check out: between 8.30 and 9.00 O’Clock.

At arrival time: must be done the payment of the whole stay and must be given to the Reception a caution of Euro 100,00.

At departures: the apartment must be left clean and in the same conditions as you have found it, otherwise the caution won’t be given back. For departures out of Reception time, the caution will be reimbursed with a bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy: in case of booking cancellation we are allowed by law to keep the payment of the deposit. The booking is binding and has to be paid in full even in case of anticipated departure.

TOURIST TAX

The tax is due from all those staying overnight in accommodation situated within the province, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights at the same facilities. The amount of the tourist tax due for these accommodation faciliities is 1,50€ per person/night (older than 14 Years).
